- Successfully completed studies in computer science or training in the IT environment, alternatively relevant professional experience or affinity for IT and business processes
- Basic understanding of business processes and current topics in IT
- Basic knowledge of Matrix42® or comparable ticketing products (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, service automation and network systems
- Initial experience in the application of ITIL and basic knowledge of process modeling
- Knowledge of Microsoft® Windows PowerShell, JavaScript and MSSQL
Your tasks
- Technical error analysis within the processes and workflows mapped in the Matrix42 environment
- Support and operation of Matrix42 environments and the associated database instances
- Ongoing analysis and optimization of the ESM/ITSM landscape
- 2nd level support in the analysis, design, optimization and implementation of IT and non-IT operational processes in the area of ITSM/ESM using best practices
