Your profile
- Completed studies or training in the IT sector, ideally with some experience in IT or customer support.
- Comprehensive IT knowledge and in-depth knowledge of network configuration and administration of Linux and Windows systems.
- Ideally experience with Micro Focus (Opentext) tools such as ALM Octane, LoadRunner Professional and Enterprise, as well as ALM.Net.
- Desirable: Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL), backend services, SSL certificates and container solutions such as Docker.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, ability to work in a team, as well as an independent and responsible way of working.
- Strong service orientation and quick thinking, with the ability to respond pragmatically and professionally to challenges.
Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for our support customers and provide them with ticket-based advice, troubleshooting and problem solving.
- They work independently on solutions, carry out specific tests, research and use knowledge databases.
- You will also be in active contact with your team and colleagues with experience of the tool in order to develop solutions together.
- You coordinate queries to the manufacturer, if necessary.
- Planning, organization and, if necessary, implementation of migrations, as well as the installation and configuration of tools such as ALM Octane, ALM.Net and LoadRunner are also part of your area of responsibility.
