Your profile
- 2+ years of experience in Windows and Citrix environments
- Fluency in English and German
- Practical experience with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft and Citrix group policies
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, especially with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and NetScaler
- Experience with ITIL processes such as incident, change, problem and change management
Your tasks
- Setting up, updating and supporting the infrastructure for XenApp and XenDesktop versions
- Configuration and deployment of Citrix Web Interface
- Installation, setup and administration of Citrix license servers (Windows)
- Monitoring the performance of the Citrix infrastructure
- Work with Citrix end-user client tools such as Workspace and VDA
- Treatment of application packaging and management
- Day-to-day operational management and support of Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, App-V and NetScaler environments
- Manage and support Windows servers in an enterprise network environment with extensive knowledge of Microsoft-based system principles and practices
